DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE & NON- TRANSFERABLE (unless I cancel or reschedule) 🥀LATE POLICY🥀 There’s a 10 minutes grace period! After 5 minutes a late fee of $10 will be added to the service. If you are 10 minutes late, Your appointment will be CANCELLED, & considered a NO SHOW & the Full Service must be paid prior to Rescheduling. Your $20 deposit will be kept as a cancellation fee! A New Rescheduling Fee will now be required to Rebook! 🌮FEES & CHARGES🌮 ** IF your Appointment is canceled or rescheduled within 48-24 hours -50% of your total service will be charged.** **IF canceled or rescheduled in 24 hrs, 100% of the total service will be charged** TEXTING THE DAY BEFORE IS LATE NOTICE & FALLS INTO 24HR CATEGORY! All services will be charged at the end of each session through: Zelle/Venmo/ Cash **I will NOT charge any cards on file without your knowledge & only for cancellation/rescheduling reasons!** Any Late payment after your service is finished will result in late fee of $20 per day on top of service & you will not be rebooked untill fee is paid. You may also undergo client-stylist relationship reevaluation if this is a reoccurring issue. 🌙AFTER HOURS/EARLY HOURS🌙 After hours: 5-10pm Early Hours 7am-9am Available upon request and for a extra charge. 💔NO CALL/NO SHOW💔 You will be charged the full amount of your service if You are a no call/no show appointment with the card on file. NO EXCEPTIONS! NC/NS will be Banned! I DO NOT WORK OVER OTHER NAIL TECHS WORK! However I do offer SOAK OFFS on previous Work by others: $15-$20 on top of your Service! Cancellation Policy

There’s a $20 deposit required to secure your appointment. If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, your $20 deposit will be kept as a cancellation fee. You will need to pay for a New deposit to reschedule. If you miss your appointment due to tardiness, 100% of your service will be paid! DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE/ NON-TRANSFERABLE! After 10 min. Appointment will add late fee, after 15 minutes, cancellation is required.
