Grace period is 10 minutes, but after 5 minutes, $10 will be added to appointments!
Please be mindful 10 minutes rolls our appointment time into other clients appointments & we want to be courteous of others.
After 10 minutes, appointment will be canceled and considered a no show, & the full service must be paid prior to reschedule.
Deposits will be kept as cancellation fee, & new deposit will be required to rebook!
